Chandigarh, October 11: UT ADMINISTRATION has decided to start photography and art appreciation classes for amateurs at the Government College of Art, Sector 10, in the coming few days.
These classes would be conducted by faculty members of the college and by experts from time to time.
The classes would be held on Saturdays and formal applications for enrollment for these classes would be sought shortly.
Senior citizens, budding professionals, housewives and all sections of society would be eligible for the course, which will be on first-come-first -served basis.
A statement issued by the UT administration said the photography and art appreciation classes would provide the residents of Chandigarh with an opportunity to obtain knowledge and information on photography and art appreciation.
